Consistency builds trust. That's why our brand is important. By presenting ourselves in a way that consistently tells the City of Brooks’ story, we are showing that we are not a collection of different departments but a united and cohesive organization. Externally, we want our branding to show residents, businesses, and visitors who we are and what we're all about.
 

This is why we believe it’s time for an update.

To be fully transparent, we are not replacing the current crest the City of Brooks currently uses. The crest represents many significant elements of Brooks’ heritage, therefore will remain important in our branding. The original city crest will be used as a symbol for the Mayor and Council, as well as for more formal, ceremonial purposes.
